Key Risk is a member company of W. R. Berkley Corporation, an insurance holding company that is among the largest commercial lines writers in the United States and operates in five segments of the property casualty insurance business: specialty insurance, regional property casualty insurance, alternative markets, reinsurance and international. W. R. Berkley is a Fortune 500 company and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (ticker WRB). For additional information, go to www.wrberkley.com.

One hundred percent (100%) of Key Risk premiums and losses are reinsured through Berkley Insurance Company (BIC), a W. R. Berkley Corporation member company. Rating agencies, such as A.M. Best, evaluate this reinsurance program, including limits, retentions and quality of the reinsurers utilized, as part of the process in assigning a rating.

Who We Serve

As a regional provider of workers compensation services, we have the flexibility and latitude to design a program that fits most employers' needs. Depending on the size of your business, geographic spread of exposures, and other variables, the right workers compensation program for you may take the form of a self-insured program, a deductible program, a guaranteed cost insurance policy, or a combination of these options.

With an unwavering commitment to quality service, effective loss control programs and aggressive, equitable claims management, you can count on us for fast, responsive solutions. Our goal is to understand your organization and concerns. We assign a specific team to each client we serve.
